Privacy policy

Connetic is a marketing and events platform run by Texoma Destinations Property Management, LLC (“we”, “us”). Businesses (“customers”) use it to manage their customer lists, messages, social accounts and events. This policy explains what information the platform handles, why, and the choices people have.
Two kinds of people
- Team members of a business that uses Connetic, who sign in with their mobile number.
- The business’s own contacts: its customers, leads, guests, vendors and crew. For these people the business decides what is collected and how it is used; we handle the information on the business’s behalf and only to run the platform for it.
What we collect
- Team members: name, mobile number, email address if given, role, and what they do in the platform (kept in an activity log).
- Contacts: name, email, phone, company, mailing address, purchases and payments copied from the business’s Square account, event and reservation details, messages sent and received, call notes and recordings’ transcripts, email and text consent, and unsubscribe choices.
- Information from services a business connects (Square, Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Slack, Twilio, Resend, 3CX), read with the access the business grants. See “Connected accounts” below.
- When someone opens a marketing email or taps a tracked link, we record that it happened so the business can see results. Public pages (proposals, sign-up forms, link-in-bio pages) record visits and taps without identifying the visitor.
- Basic technical information needed to keep the service running and secure, such as sign-in cookies and server logs.
How it’s used
- To run the platform for the business: send the messages it approves, post what it schedules, prepare proposals and invoices, and show its reports.
- To respect people’s choices: unsubscribes, STOP replies and do-not-contact requests are checked before every message.
- To write drafts with AI (posts, emails, replies, summaries). Drafts are reviewed by a person before anything is sent or posted. Content sent to AI providers is used only to produce that draft and is not used by us to train models.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one business’s data for another business.
Text messages
Mobile numbers and text-message consent collected through Connetic are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages (such as Twilio). People can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from that business, and HELP for help.
Connected accounts
When a business connects an outside account, we use that access only for the features the business turns on (for example posting approved content, reading post and page results, answering comments and messages, reading reviews, or reading search and ad results). Access tokens are stored encrypted. A business can disconnect any account at any time in Settings → Integrations, and can also remove our access from the other service’s own settings.
Connetic’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features the business sees in Connetic, is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not read by people except with the business’s permission, for security, or to comply with law, and is not used to train AI models.
Who we share with
Service providers that run parts of the platform for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments and customer records (Square), texts (Twilio), email (Resend), AI drafting (Anthropic, OpenAI), and search data (DataForSEO). We also share information when the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.
How long we keep it
We keep a business’s data while it uses the platform. When a business leaves, we delete its data within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep part of it. Unsubscribe and do-not-contact records are kept so those choices keep being respected.
Deleting your information
- If you’re a customer of a business that uses Connetic, contact that business, or write to hello@goconnetic.com and we’ll pass your request to them and help them carry it out.
- If you connected Facebook, Instagram or another account and want its data removed, disconnect it in Settings → Integrations (or remove our app in that service’s settings) and write to hello@goconnetic.com. We delete the stored access and the data read through it within 30 days.
- Team members can ask an admin to remove them, or write to hello@goconnetic.com.
Security
Each business’s data is kept separate from every other business’s, access is limited by role, connection secrets are stored encrypted, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
Children
Connetic is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above, and tell businesses about significant changes.
